Shipping & pickup options

uae.parts connects you with the seller — it does not ship goods itself. Delivery and pickup are always arranged directly with the seller, but the options below are what buyers typically use. Knowing them helps you choose what works for you and discuss it with the seller.

Local pickup in the UAE

If you are in the Emirates, you can collect the part directly from the seller. This is often the fastest and simplest option: you inspect the part in person and take it with you. Location and timing are agreed with the seller.

Delivery within the UAE

Many sellers can arrange delivery to an address inside the UAE. Availability, cost and timing depend on the seller — agree these directly when you place your order.

Delivery to a cargo company (for export)

For buyers shipping parts abroad — including to Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries — the usual approach is:

  1. You choose a cargo company in the UAE and provide its name and address when you place the order.
  2. The seller delivers the part to that cargo company.
  3. Your cargo company handles onward shipping to your country.

This way, the part reaches your logistics partner in the UAE, and international transport is managed by the cargo company you already trust.

Who arranges what

  • The seller delivers the part locally or to the cargo company you specify.
  • You choose the cargo company and handle onward international shipping, customs and import formalities in the destination country.
  • uae.parts provides the catalog and connects you with the seller — it is not a party to shipping or delivery.
