Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of uae.parts (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

uae.parts is an online marketplace that lets sellers list auto parts and lets buyers discover them and contact sellers. The Platform is a venue and a record-keeping tool only.

We do not process payments, ship, store, inspect or take ownership of any part. An “order” on the Platform is a record of an agreement reached between a buyer and a seller; it is not a contract of sale with uae.parts. Any shipment or status information shown is informational and not a guarantee.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

• List only parts you actually hold in stock in the UAE.
• Use real photos of the actual item; stock or copied images are not allowed.
• Describe condition, price and compatibility accurately.
• Deliver sold parts to the buyer’s nominated cargo company in Dubai.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• Review the listing, photos and condition before contacting a seller.
• Agree price, payment method and delivery directly with the seller.
• Arrange onward shipping beyond the Dubai cargo company yourself.
• Comply with import rules applicable to your destination.

uae.parts does not independently verify listings, parts, sellers or buyers, and does not endorse any user or item. Moderation of photos and content does not constitute verification of quality, authenticity, legal title or fitness for purpose.

Transactions are between buyer and seller. uae.parts is not a party to them and is not responsible for resolving disputes, but may, at its discretion, provide limited good-faith assistance such as sharing records of agreements made on the Platform.

Moving a conversation or transaction off the Platform is at your own risk. We cannot record, assist with or provide any information about interactions that happen outside uae.parts.

We may review, reject, edit or remove any listing or content that breaches these Terms or applicable law, including listings using stock or copied photos, at our discretion and without notice.

• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings.
• Listing stolen, counterfeit or unlawful goods.
• Infringing the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Misusing, scraping or disrupting the Platform.

The Platform, its software, design and branding are owned by E.A.S.P FZE or its licensors. Sellers retain rights to the content they upload and grant uae.parts a licence to display it on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E.A.S.P FZE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions, parts, or dealings between users.

The Platform and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E.A.S.P FZE from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your listings or your transactions with other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. Before commencing proceedings, the parties will engage in a mandatory 30-day pre-action negotiation period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
